General Manager's Office
  1. Formulate and control business strategies to ensure effective operation of the organization.
  2. Develop the Company’s short-, medium-, and long-term strategic plans.
  3. Manage and coordinate all departments of the Company.
  4. Review the implementation of various management systems.
  5. Maintaining internal and external relationships.
  6. Promote corporate governance.
  7. Plan and execute external marketing activities.
Finance Department
  1. Perform accounting processing, prepare financial statements, manage budgets, and produce management analysis reports.
  2. Coordinate and execute the Company’s financial management and treasury operations.
  3. Plan, implement, and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  4. Fund raising, utilization planning and overseas investment risk assessment.
  5. Handle matters related to the Board of Directors, shareholders’ meetings, and stock affairs.
Operations Management Office
  1. Organizational development strategy, human resource planning, recruitment management, salary and benefits, performance management, training planning and development, labor-management relations and other related matters.
  2. Supplier development, selection and onboarding; procurement inquiries and negotiations; delivery schedule management and project contracting schedule communication; procurement payment requests.
  3. Manage general supplies, asset management, correspondence, office supplies, and workplace environment.
  4. Control inventory materials and manage receipts, storage and material collection, and record inventory changes.
  5. Plan and implement environmental safety and health management operations.
  6. Supervise, guide and improve environmental safety and health management operations.
Quality Control Department
  1. Establish and implement quality management system.
  2. Conduct quality control of business and other projects.
  3. Maintain quality control records.
Business Center
  1. Supervise work and progress reports of subordinate units.
  2. Integrate work planning matters of subordinate units.
Business Office
  1. Collect information on energy storage development trends and conduct market research and analysis.
  2. Business model research and planning implementation.
  3. Business development, evaluation and management of energy storage, maintenance and operation.
  4. Develop other business projects.
Project Office
  1. Execution of various application procedures for energy storage projects and control of project plant’s construction progress.
  2. Drawing integration, construction progress tracking management, cross-departmental communication, etc.
  3. Handle other official business matters.
Engineering Design Department
  1. Supervise the work and progress reports of management departments.
  2. Integrate the unit’s work planning matters.
  3. Implement environmental safety and sanitation operations at construction sites.
Design Department
  1. Overall site planning, equipment configuration, single-line diagram production, estimated material lists, and monitoring/security design, etc. for energy storage projects.
  2. Handle other project design and planning matters.
Engineering Department
  1. Manage outsourced construction, including land preparation, drainage, civil engineering, and foundation works.
  2. Inventory management including receiving, loading, transporting, delivering and handing over materials on site.
  3. Manage construction progress and quality at construction sites
  4. Communicate and coordinate with owners, technicians, and third-party manufacturers.
Energy Management Office
  1. Plan and design software applications for energy storage equipment.
  2. Intelligent monitoring service business of energy storage equipment.
  3. Maintenance and operation of energy storage sites.
R&D Department
  1. Monitoring system maintenance and development, field monitoring system planning and smart power service related software development.
  2. Product trend research and new product and software development and design, etc.
