Taiwan's First 2 MW Demonstration Site

In December 2023, the Baoxing site became Taiwan's first to obtain both the TÜV Rheinland On-Site Energy Storage Test Certification and the Bureau of Standards Outdoor Battery Energy Storage System Validation Certificate (VPC) — setting a new benchmark for safety and performance.

A New 2.5 MW Energy Storage Hub

The Changhua Project was officially commissioned in October 2024 with a total capacity of 2.5 MW / 4 MWh. Designed to dReg deliver dReg frequency regulation capacity and integrated into the AFC (Automatic Frequency Control) program, the site further strengthens regional grid stability and operational flexibility.

Southern Taiwan’s First 100 MW Super Energy Storage Site

In August 2023, the project received a 100 MW E-dReg grid connection approval. SEETEL provided full technical support for grid integration, enabling seamless operation of large-scale energy storage systems. This project demonstrates SEETEL's leadership in large-scale project development and grid interconnection technology, setting a national benchmark for next-generation energy infrastructure.

In January 2024, the project obtained its second 100 MW E-dReg grid connection approval, reaffirming SEETEL's expertise in large-scale energy storage development and advanced grid integration services.
Together with the Kaohsiung I Project, it forms one of Southern Taiwan's largest energy storage clusters, further strengthening the region's grid stability and dispatching flexibility.
