SEETEL Continues to Lead the Energy Storage Industry
With numerous new and patented innovations in control and safety systems, SEETEL proudly stands as the first company in Taiwan to pass the Bureau of Standards’ design review and obtain the VPC certification for energy storage sites.
As of Q2 2025, SEETEL has achieved『 EPC contracted capacity exceeding 225 MW / Battery shipments reaching 1.5 GWh / EMS-managed capacity totaling 536 MW / O&M-managed capacity reaching 625 MWh』With outstanding engineering capabilities and reliable product quality, SEETEL maintains its market leadership and continues to drive momentum for the energy transition.
Baoxing Demonstration Project
In December 2023, the Baoxing site became Taiwan's first to obtain both the TÜV Rheinland On-Site Energy Storage Test Certification and the Bureau of Standards Outdoor Battery Energy Storage System Validation Certificate (VPC) — setting a new benchmark for safety and performance.

New Taipei I Project
Completed in February 2023, the four New Taipei sites collectively deliver 19.6 MW, becoming a crucial asset to the regional grid.

New Taipei II Project

New Taipei III Project

New Taipei IV Project

Chiayi Project
⚡Milestone Achievements:
2023/08/15:Received Taiwan’s first VPC design review approval
2023/12/27:Awarded Taiwan’s first VPC Certificate
2024/01/30:First dReg successfully converted to E-dReg
2024/02:Launched Chiayi 2.8 MW AFC site, expanding overall storage capacity

Changhua Project
The Changhua Project was officially commissioned in October 2024 with a total capacity of 2.5 MW / 4 MWh. Designed to dReg deliver dReg frequency regulation capacity and integrated into the AFC (Automatic Frequency Control) program, the site further strengthens regional grid stability and operational flexibility.

Kaohsiung I Project
In August 2023, the project received a 100 MW E-dReg grid connection approval. SEETEL provided full technical support for grid integration, enabling seamless operation of large-scale energy storage systems. This project demonstrates SEETEL's leadership in large-scale project development and grid interconnection technology, setting a national benchmark for next-generation energy infrastructure.

Kaohsiung II Project
In January 2024, the project obtained its second 100 MW E-dReg grid connection approval, reaffirming SEETEL's expertise in large-scale energy storage development and advanced grid integration services. Together with the Kaohsiung I Project, it forms one of Southern Taiwan's largest energy storage clusters, further strengthening the region's grid stability and dispatching flexibility.
