The Company values the opinions of stakeholders and recognizes the importance of stakeholder engagement in achieving sustainable development. To ensure timely response and effective two-way communication, the Company has identified seven main categories of stakeholders: “Employees”, “Shareholders/Investors”, “Government Agencies”, “Customers”, “Suppliers”, “Local Communities” and “Non-profit Organizations” (including academic institutions, organizations and associations).
Through effective communication channels, the Company aims to collect issues of concern from various sources, understand the expectations and needs of each stakeholder group, and generate positive outcomes through mutual engagement. This approach seeks to meet stakeholder expectations while promoting a win-win path toward corporate sustainability.
